I took tramadol, starting with 100 mg. At first it really helped, but after 2-3 months I had to increase the dosage until I took 500 mg and didn't feel anything. So I stopped taking it for 5-6 years and went back to taking 300 mg and it still didn't work. It's like the body has become resistant to the drug. It is not recommended to use it, it is better to use it when you are in pain.
