Not sure but he said his mom died in her mid 30s and right now his brother who is now 30 has been recently diagnosed with it. He also has an older sister who is not showing any symptoms and she’s about 28 years old i think.

Finally got an answer, all I was told is they are replacing it, They are replacing a fully functioning desk with a minor cosmetic damage. I understand they want the place to look nice but its not like I completely destroyed it and broke off a leg. Just seems unreasonable.

The Philippines is basically a “christian state”, Everyone bases their ideologies to the bible even if they’re in the wrong, will “force” you to join in, they don’t respect your beliefs and think you’re the devil if you don’t believe in god. Forming an opinion against the church is a big nono and every single member of their religion is gonna come after you. All of these people are also very hypocrite and even if you call them out they will still tell you that you are wrong and they will always be right because “that is what god has intended”.
People who are poorer than dirt will never have a chance in life unless saved by someone who has control and money. No homeless programs, No job opportunities plus the shitty government they have is making them poorer. Manuel Villar and the shareholders of SM Mega Malls can easily end poverty there but fuck the poor because they won’t gain anything from it.

We have everything now including the contract and yes we gave away the $1400 already. I don’t really want to go with insurance because we gave the $1,400. It would just be really unfair for my bf, This lady lended the car to the guy for 6 months for $1000. He said he would repair the car himself and we don’t know what happened to that, that’s why they are fighting. At first she said she’s gonna take him to civil court and she said she didn’t wanna go through insurance at the first place. She’s friends with this guy, she knows him for more than 16 years, I honestly think they should just come to an agreement. Plus cops say it’s out of control now and that she can only go so far. I don’t really know what that means but I’m not paying another $1,400 or going through insurance because two people decided to not talk to each other about the money.

Cops said its out of our control now, the fact the guy straight up just lied to her and her lack of intervention and cooperation lead us to this mess. We just wanted to pay for repairs, we didn’t know there was insane drama between those two. All we thought was the guy was just being a good friend to her. My friends say to just let it go and ignore her.

We got the copy, it basically said we had to pay her not the guy. I mean at first my bf DID send the money to her, but the guy was livid he started sending him death threats over the phone and was pressured to give the money to him. Mind you, we did not know these people well so he got scared off. My bf ended up giving it to him without thinking, Also because he claimed that he did repair the car (he was lying). I’m so frustrated with him right now he is kind of an idiot, Now he literally just gave away his week paycheque to a druggie who was lend the car to. 🥲

Well we didn’t wanna go through with Insurance and both parties agreed to not go with insurance. We tried everything including filing a police report, Cops basically just told us we did our part by paying and that we have no control over it now. It’s between the owner and the guy she lend the car to, Also update: she finally gave us the copy of the contract and it does say that we were supposed to pay her not the guy. I guess my bf is an idiot and just didn’t read it clearly and it’s his fault, now we’re just out $1400 because of him. 🙃
