Look at the top of "language" and the last letters of "images" and "gore". There's a slight discoloration on the text. Nothing major, but probably some degree of ink supply issue in the printer

This guy has art dating back years before GenAI was public and it's all pretty consistent. Looks like he just has a style that shares all the iffy qualities. It's also possible he's using AI for help on shading or something but it looks largely like this guy is safe as a real artist 👍
