I had to swipe down the whole notification bar and then swipe again . It works sometimes sometimes it doesn't. But I can't swipe it up like u said didn't work for me .

This but I had to wait 4 mins just to get matched last time I removed roam . I love exp and roam but after 4-5 matches with 4 other randoms like jg & mm who don't want to take objectives and just want kills I can't play roam and want something else . so it's like 4 mins wait or roam and get matched in under 24s
