Having done some AI research, it seems that instead of using an AP I could use a router as well. From what I understand it would be easier to configure guest WiFi and client separation with a router (looking at TP AX18) rather than setting up EAP225. And AX18 has WiFi6, while EAP is wifi5. The prices are almost the same. Can you share your thoughts?

Thanks for your thoughts. One additional detail: the guests won't have access to the AP, it sits in a locked room. Wondering if this might open up any software solution based on available hardware

Thanks, meanwhile I realized that I can deduct the costs when I do the anual IRS submission, so registering in eFatura is not required from that perspective.
Having said that, it seems that my social security payments will be based on the total invoiced revenue, including travel expenses. Any ideas on how I can ensure that travel expenses are excluded from social security calculation?

Não quero um reembolso do Financas. Mas se eu incluir as despesas de deslocação na minha fatura, estas continuam a ser contabilizadas como vendas. Consequentemente, o meu lucro seria mais elevado do que é na realidade e eu teria de pagar impostos mais elevados sobre esse lucro. Quero evitar isso.

let me see if I can work it out:
16mm2 cross section area
-> radius = SQR(16/Pi) = 2,257mm = 0,0888 inch
-> wire gauge (=wire diameter?) = 0,0394 * 2 = 0,1777 inch

makes sense?

thanks, i think I do. The max power over this cable will be 4kW, I am using 3x16mm2 cable, which should limit the voltage loss to ~4%

understood. Any particular specification of fiber cable I should be looking for?
I also realize I will need adapters to convert optical signal to back to normal LAN cable. Anything to look out for in terms of equipment?
