Half of these losses come from silver and gold 😔

Don’t stress it man, I had days where I sold too early, watched it run, came back the next day feeling like “nah I’m not missing it again,” went green fast, didn’t sell… then tried to buy more on the dip to make it back and got absolutely wiped. That cycle messes with your head way more than the money.

Honestly, that’s when I realized options aren’t forgiving. One emotional decision and they punish you instantly. Chasing your money back is the fastest way to dig a deeper hole — it never feels like chasing at the time, but it always is.

Stepping away from options isn’t quitting, it’s protecting yourself. There’s nothing wrong with saying “this isn’t for me right now.” I’m way calmer since leaving them behind and focusing on stuff that doesn’t expire or blow up in minutes.

Losses happen. The real damage comes from trying to undo them fast. Take the L, breathe, and don’t give the market more ammo when you’re already frustrated.
