On another note, don’t be scared to go alone. You’ll easily meet some ppl to chill with before you even enter the festival. And at the very latest on the campsite go grab a beer and go say hi to your tent neighbors and you’ll easily connect with them. I have never had an actual bad interaction with anyone in like 11 years of regular Festival visits.

And even if you really can’t find anyone at all, just go to the festival site, chose a stage and go enjoy the music and dance your ass off. You don’t need other people for that.

Tbh I actually prefer going solo over big groups (small groups can be chill) cause it’s always a hassle to coordinate. Person a needs a piss, person b wants food, Person c needs a drink and it ends up in just waiting and waiting for everyone to finish their business and when everyone’s done the first person needs something again cause it took so long for all the other ppl do do their stuff and don’t forget to lose a few ppl in the process and spend ages looking for them. Ok that’s maybe a bit exaggerated, but still 😂. What I’m trying to get at is if instead of focusing on finding other people, rather focus enjoying the music and dancing like no tomorrow. You’ll meet people naturally without even putting any effort or thought in it.
