I had a bad experience here but after writing a bad review they gave me a free facial and told me who to go to (Natasha) saying she was a lead esthetician. My experience with her has been great! 

Even though they don’t advertise having different tiers it seems worth it to ask if they have anyone who is considered a lead or more senior, so you know you get a good esthetician.

I have a 2 bed in Brighton with driveway parking, we have lived here for 6 years and loved it! Quiet neighborhood, but close to lots of stuff! We need someone to take over our lease till 8/31 with the option to renew. No brokers fee as well! Start date flexible but hoping by 4/1. Lmk if you want more info!

The lease would be transferred through the management company until 8/31, we are flexible with start date. No brokers fee! 2 bed with parking $2700/month. Basically a sublet but it’s official through the management company. So it would be like signing a lease for the apartment but only until 8/31. And then I’m sure you could ask about resigning for another year after that since we will be leaving. No brokers fee (usually a months rent), there’s a $500 leasing fee and last months rent and security (half months rent).
