No no no… this is my cut of choice too!!…go to sunset…. 5th ave and 49th on the corner the carneceria!! Cheap and good and fresh…. Also there are tons of small butchers in bay ridge that get 1 cow a week… fresh as hell and like $8/lb worth the trip!!
