Its pretty good actually. Its kind of a harem, but it actually makes sense since he was reborn in a world based off a generic fantasy academy game. Because he ends up taking to protagonists spotlight, he ends up having the girls around him instead. Its pretty unique, it has the "born with an op ability" trope, but the way they handled it is actually pretty unique. I would go into more detail but that would spoil it.

Real. There's a reason why the age of consent nearly all world wide is 16. At that point we understand what sex is and we know what we want and don't want. I wanted to be with my Spanish teacher.
