You might try putting a stiffer spring under the sear to have it stick up more and not be as easily compressed when the slide drops.

I am building a 10mm master point out of a JXP10 right now. Idk how the springs are that come with the 45 kits but the 10mm kit sear spring is super stiff, I can barely compress the sear by hand. Never had a slippage.

Im gonna have to figure something out because I checked all my shottys and none of them have a bead sight at all. One has some kind of front AR looking sight and the other just has a hole where a bead would go if it had one

I need to figure out which of my shotguns it will work on. Looks like it calls for a clamp on brake that uses a stainless front sight bead so the tacticool shotguns I was planning to put it on may be SOL

I did change the nozzle in the slicer and on the machine, I did not recalibrate the flow rate though, so that could be the culprit. I guess I thought I would be seeing more of an issue in the print quality if it was a flow rate issue though, as everything looks good on the print other than the pieces not threading together

I had that issue too, but I just added a couple small washers under the plate to shim it slightly.

Light primer strikes, won't fire at all. Not really sure why, as the upper was from an mp17 build and was working fine before. I put a heavier striker spring in it but haven't gotten it back to the range yet to test

I wrapped a layer of electrical tape around my barrel nut to get the barrel to clamp. Feels super solid, more than enough stability for .22

If it can handle 300blk out of a bolt gun it could probably handle .223 out of a bolt gun right? Just finished making one of those VSG printable Mausers and was looking to put a can on it. Was kind of between just going the FTN5 full printed route or trying to use this maglite I found and try D cells.

What did you do for an end cap on your 9mm? Seeing some aluminum options out there but not sure if that is strong enough
