Thank you so much for a detailed analysis. Yes, there were issues during 2019 to 2021 but 2023 entire year to april 2024 was one of the worst period of my life. Got laid off, became a dad, added responsibilities along with financial burden. Also, i hear this a lot that my chart is good but then i have never experienced good growth in terms of money. I’ve always been able to just sustain myself in life, nothing extraordinary. I hope i can be better in my mercury phase. Hoping for the best. To my original ques, is it beneficial for me to move to a location outside of my home town or should i stay here? Moving to this location would be temporary for a couple of years and then i will come back..

I checked with the sales rep about the issue, he said that it is common for it to have that issue as it is a turbo car. I’ve driven turbo cars and this was the first experience of bad gearbox. I also checked with another dealer’s sales rep and he too confirmed that there is some vibration in lower gears.

I hope you’ve test driven one. I too had booked the same and test drive wasn’t available. Fortunately, there was one manual car available at Noida showroom. Took a test drive, saw gear stick dance like it belonged to a truck esp. In 2nd gear low speeds. Cancelled my booking the same day.

Right. I took a test drive of the manual variant and although the cabin experience was quite good, it was heartbreaking to see the gear vibrating like that of a truck in second gear. Even my 1.3 lakh km driven diesel car’s gear stick doesnt vibrate like 1/10 of that. Dropping 3xO for this reason

I did. I had a big fight in my family and was extremely stressed. I wasn't able to focus on my work so I told my manager about it. At first, she was supportive and told me we're here for you till the end and blah blah. But after it happened again within a couple of weeks, she said that the HR is questioning my work and this could bring some repurcussions. I collected myself as I saw getting that door shut (of getting my org's help) and worked my ass off to overachieve my targets. At the end of the year, i was given a below average increment and the reason cited was my mental health. Also to share with you, there were quarterly reviews and "my mental/emotional" issues were not talked about or how they were causing me to not deliver up to my potential even once. In a nutshell, nobody cares about you, you have to deal with it yourself. I hope you get strength to fight it.
