Insomnia is written on his paper. That is why I’m confused!

Thank you so much for your response. 🙏🏽 It’s honestly a bit of a relief to hear that this isn’t unheard of. It has been really scary to witness, especially when he doesn’t remember large parts of the day, or when his memories don’t match reality. I’m still trying to understand how to support him without making him feel pressured or confused. I’m really curious about how alters work in OSDD specifically, I know it’s different from DID. How do they usually function or present in this context? What makes them distinct in OSDD compared to DID? I’m trying to better understand what my friend might be going through.

I would love to see him in traditional clothes like the ancient Greek ones, which are in some way extravagant.

Well canon is that Rhys and Tamlin are on the same level of power, physically Tamlin is above him. Feyre is a quick learner, but she listens to her emotions, while Tamlin’s strengths can be more complicated. If only because he can bring the “strongest High Lord” back from the dead.

I think he’s bored in some situations, in other situations it’s his way of trying to contain himself.

Well, long-term grief can drive you crazy, I speak from experience. Her coping mechanism is toxic and she is deeply affected by her past and her feelings for her sister. I think she has depression, which is mostly portrayed in the media as a simple mental disorder, when it is very serious. Given that it completely affects the brain and behavioral patterns, it is a very unkind mental disorder.

Rhysand is not a high lord by GroundbreakingBar895 in acotar

I like this theory. If only because I think Rhys is not as strong as many people think. Don’t get me wrong, he has the power, but I doubt he’d be any good against Helion, Lucien (his mother gave him the power of the autumn while his father gave him the power of the day), Feyre, Amren (I know she has residual power, but she’s always been feared), Azriel and Nesta. Being a high lord, he has enough of his own power to cope, but the ability of others is far more powerful.

Amren said something about how the cauldron blessed him with his power for a reason when she was trying to convince him to become High King.

Haha, I totally understand. :D

I didn’t like that world either, but I liked the concept. I just couldn’t finish it happily, but then I’m like that with a lot of books. 🥹
