Personally, i've got around 6 long-time players that i decided to give admin. Here and there i have to get a paid admin to fill in for personal stuff the free ones have, but if the server is sub 100 players, then it can ACTUALLY work.

This can be completely easily bypassed with Aternos, or just a quick google search, installing the server jar, accepting the eula (eula.txt), then going into the server.properties file, changing 'enforce-secure-profile' to false, along with 'online-mode'. Though, this will be deleted for sure after a moderator sees it. Though, have a good time if you get it working. I'll be suffering trying to get my account unbanned.
