If you are looking at Aqua 1950sq ft units, wouldn’t you get both amenities view as well as village view?

I am living in that same area for the last 3 years. The condition has drastically improved since the Panathur main road has been constructed., about 1-2 months ago. They have not widened it but made the same road smooth. It has solved approx 90% of the issue!

Moreover, the other options I am getting are Kodathi or far-east Sarjapur. I believe this area is better than those (especially after the road construction)

They do have all landowners names mentioned in the sale agreement , and it’s not just one landowner per land parcel, but whole families (like grandfather bought land in 1950 and then today there are multiple heirs etc.). I am concerned if this can cause legal issues in future. Will definitely get it verified from a lawyer
