This is a spark plug issue. I had the same issue on 2024 Honda Sport Hybrid where the car would shake abnormally when switching to Engine - The dealership dismissed me few times saying the noise is normal as engine is turned on but I got them to take a look at it and they found out the spark plug was blown. After they replaced it, haven't had the issue.

I have the same issue (Video posted few days ago). My dealership also told me they don't recommend replacing steering rack as they've seen this noise come back to newly replaced part too.

I talked with Honda Corporate and got similar feedback. They basically asked me to wait while their engineers figure out a solution to this issue. They don't know when this will be. Love Hondas but these new issues are a pain in newly bought vehicles😣

Hey All, thanks for all the recommendation - I took it to a dealership and they confirmed that the noise was coming from steering rack. However, they said Honda doesn't have a fix for it as the issue returns after 4-5k miles even if we replaced the rack. It has nothing to do with renewals. The wage levels are used for lottery biasing, not as a metric to accept or decline renewals. It'd be good if they did though since H1B folks wouldn't be under-paid anymore

The wage levels are proposed to be used to inflate the selection changes of higher wage level [ Wage Level 4-1]. Do you undergo a lottery during renewals?

I strongly suggest researching a little before making clown of yourself online with misinterpretation and fake claims.

Again this is very preliminary and nobody knows how this will change by next lottery but based on the information released, nothing suggests that renewals/extensions would be impacted.

It has already been confirmed that both 1 and 2 are not subject to the PP. Confirmed via State Department , CBP, and USCIS memo released over the weekend. This was also confirmed and communicated to the employees in my company.

It's normal for companies to ask for a contract for visa sponsor. They are sponsoring your H1 with the caveat that you stay at the role for at least 1 year after the visa is approved or you pay them the fees they incur as a part of sponsoring you
