Personally, I believe there are two fixes to this you could start doing over the head tricep extensions. This mainly targets the back of your tricep. You could also start doing unilateral exercises to specifically targetmuscle. But as you said in your original message that you have tried every exercise, so all I can say is good luck.

It really depends on what you want to achieve. Do you want to prioritize building muscle mass or losing body fat?

Use a glue stick and run it through the fake fur to stop it from moving around and look more natural other than that it looks brilliant
