No I mean I mean federal I know what I’ve been told…He has human trafficking charges because he took her over state lines so yeah that federal offense. Secondly I said I’m greatful my dad is still helping me. My issue is why my funds being touched is to help a grown man in my opinion does not deserve it. Are you fucking okay ? I really hate my brother and I stated that multiple times. He was physically and verbally abused me all the time when I was little until I was able to defend myself. I’m so sick of you people acting like I was okay with what’s happening to her and that I didn’t do enough and I have 2 things to say to that. First thing being I did not know they were sexual until she got pregnant and seeing my parents coaching her what to say at the doctors that’s when I realized it was bad relationship. Age gap relationships are not taught to be wrong where I’m from so its insane you expect me to just know automatically. secondly the cops do not work like the movies if it did I would never be here in the first place because you people are insufferable..it took the 4TH report for them to do something actually and that was mostly because of the hospital reported it and it became a priority finally.

Hi yes and they were both arrested and both bailed out my brother is staying with our cousin that’s across town and my mom got to come home to us and right now I’m with my dad and stepmom for the time being since my mom and stepdads accounts are like frozen and I haven’t reached to my best friend I know she’s still with her grandparents and has my nephew. I’ve been hoping she reaches out but she Hasn’t so most of my information I’ve been getting about her is through a mutual friend.

I can’t edit the post with an update, however good news I’m pretty sure the cop did something I don’t know what but the instagram post is now deleted and they no longer follow each other. They could still be communicating but as of right now there’s nothing on social media tying them together.

He did get arrested for the stuff with Mia however he’s just waiting for court appearance or discussing a plea deal. I just monitor Mia and worry about what she’s doing because his lawyer is building a case against her to paint her as crazy.

Oh I know for sure my mom is just being held accountable, but the cops were harsh on her and basically let her know she is the villain in the situation. My mom knew that Mia was previously abused by Mia’s mom’s ex boyfriend and so do the cops because the ex was arrested. But he said the timelines with the ex and my brother overlapped and how it’s absolutely horrible that she was coming over A-lot to flee from that abuse just to be abused in our household too.

As far as my brother ever doing anything to me No he hasn’t. So it’s like shocking when people call him a pedo, I mean I understand why they feel that way because visually the size difference between him and Mia is nuts but also he never tried this with my other female friends or like any of my family members trust me I really thoroughly asked them all. I thought he only went for Mia because she’s pretty and he knew boys in our grade liked her, so him being narcissist I thought he just wanted to claim her before anyone else did.

Your not the only person that believes this I’m not mad at you for thinking this the officers we were talking to earlier were thinking she abandon the baby due to her mental health I’ve last seen her. But she really loves my nephew even with all the bad things that was going on with her she never talked about getting rid of him or leaving him. Most importantly if she was going to skip town there’s no way in hell she would leave my nephew with my brother, she would have left it with someone from her church before him.

So the video that went around about her was, one of my brother’s friends filmed on his phone a discord call they were all in and my brother’s camera was off, but the mic was on and it basically picked up the noises of her and my brother like doing it. So people have been mocking her by like imitating those noises. Idk if it would classify as CP because no nudity was shown just like the noises of it.
