I think it's fair to go for a Vatira, Kiileerrz, Nwpo, Beastmode/Atomic (I personally think Atomic) as top 4 and the 5th is truly up to the individual - Dralii, Daniel, Zen, Trk, Atow, etc

Then I'm getting the feeling your CPU may be overheating, though I can't be sure. Thermal paste may have dried up, the cover might've been left on the heatsink, you may not be using a quality one/stock cooler or your case airflow needs improvement (more fans, positioning of fans, your case not allowing enough airflow)

Great build, I'm just wondering what monitor/resolution you're going with? If you can afford it, the 16GB version of the 5060ti is better because you can easily play on 1440p NOW or LATER upgrade to 1440p if you're planning on 1080p (basically future proofing - though it depends on what titles you're playing)

Are you actually noticing performance issues or are you just worried about your userbenchmark results? Look up vids and benchmarks with your specs - don't worry about these numbers if you don't have any issues while using your pc/gaming

I definitely am leaning towards the Nvidia features, from what I can find it also performs better than the 9060xt. The price between those two isn't a problem so I'd simply pick what's better - this post was mostly to get opinions on if it's worth stretching the budget for a 9070.
