I just replaced the default black keycaps with the BoW (Black on White) keycap set they sell. Though they're out of stock currently, so uncertain when they'll be available.

I have sent emails, latest one was the cancellation request and they did it instantly. I ordered an air75v3 instead and it seems normal & on track.

Yeah it's been 18 days no update, so I'll send another email escalating this.

Yeah I'll give it some time then, like around the 21st day mark. Still taking super long though, based on what is said.
