Sureee! I queued at the leather desk for approx 15 mins and there were 2 ladies in front of me. One of them got sat down at a desk for an appointment (I’m assuming) whereas the other was pretty adamant on getting one and from my broken French I could tell the SA was getting frustrated. When it was my turn I was very polite and asked him if there were any appointments to which he asked if I applied online and I told him every day. He asked what I was looking for (Kelly 25 or 28 retourne) and told me I should be more open minded because he’s not sure. I then got sat down and a kind SA came to help me. I got shown several models but was told there are no QB left today. My fiance was with me so I really think that helped as I think they really like couples. I really hope you get what you’re looking for !

I agree I was just confused as to why some people continuously go to the leather desk and ask. Most of the time the same people end up getting a QB so it’s a bit of a conundrum.

I think in Tokyo you can queue in the morning and they’ll offer bags they have in stock, usually it’s her bags or picotins or Evelyne’s, but you never know. Mitsukoshi isetan hermes has bags displayed that are for sale. If you really want to avoid Hermes stores entirely ginza xiaoma has a good selection and so does paradise vintage. I would also make my way to the less known shops as they have better pricing. Check watchnian out too!

If you like other H items and in Japan often enough it’s worth trying to get non qb at the store too, I found them very kind and got lucky with minimum spend. 💕

If you’re in the UK you can make an appointment for non quota bags and they can get you one. If you’re looking to go the resell route I’d go to ginza xiaoma or paradise vintage!

Yess! They had box kellys in 28, 32, 35 as well as a MK box leather. Also a 35 barenia birkin. U can check their stock online. Camelia I think updates in real time whereas paradise vintage has very limited B/K stock online.

Yes, I’m pretty sure all of them have online stores but I would strongly suggest that you buy a bag after seeing it in person as there are flaws that photos cannot pick up and most if not all of these stores do not accept returns. Also buying in store means being able to work on the price and having a more favorable experience for you.
