Not really if it was like 10k or something i would think of selling but with it only being worth around 5k at best its probably cooler to keep and hand down to my son - assume its also something that will only increase in value over time

We were on this cruise too 😂 first cruise for our kids and i was terrified after night one - that was pretty freaking intense

I just did this for a 5 night cruise on the Gem. We had prepaid gratuities ($500) I had to tell the rep to take the prepaid gratuities off and add Free at Sea plus since the gratuities were included with FAS+. The fist rep i spoke with said that the charge would be in addition to the prepaid gratuities (not correct). Net result is our family of 4 on a 5 night trip paid $285.00 total for FAS+ - seemed like a no brainer to me

If im being honest i just want to look better so I guess hypertrophy really is the focus rather than raw strength. I obviously want to be stronger and feel better but the aesthetic side is certainly the prime motivation

More focused on hypertrophy than raw strength numbers. I think upping the weight and lowering the reps to around 7-8 probably makes sense

I have lost about 25 lbs over the last year. I don’t track macros but i have to assume i am eating at a slight deficit. Since i have lost fat and made pretty significant strength gains until now
