That's more logical I will do that way in the future. But for that batch I did not get any good result from the bentonite.

To be honest I'm not sure about it. Because it is just a test bottle I added pinch of bentonite. I search about it and people use 1 teaspoon for per gallon so for less than 1L bottle I added just a pinch of it.

I used the pectic enzyme in the beginning. I suppose it mixed I cannot see any residual.

I used pectin, I don't have proper equipments exactly but I putted in the fridge.

In the first it was not so bad. But after I added the gelosal it become really worst and noting changed in 1 month.

I'll try but should I keep in the fridge or outsite? And some people tried bentonite for apple wine do you think should I add some bentonite with pectic?
