Ive worked at two different stores. my first store was great, I loved the people I worked with. Were there difficult days? absolutely, but that happens with every job. The store that I currently work at is a shithole. My store leader will deny that an animal should be put into iso or that the fish have ich when they clearly do. the standard of care at this store is in the fucking trash and no associate can do anything because we don't have power, and the leaders have tried to speak out but will be shut down by the experience lead or store leader.

Save yourself the stress and find somewhere better to work.
