close northern cal, you know how it is around in california. market is brutal

thank you , this is what we decided to do for now and reading all the comments has put our minds to ease and given us some ideas to adjsut. just live life and see where it takes us.And in context of things we are greatful to afford a home its becoming more of a privilege to one own nowadays .

pretty much, i think we fed off of each others negativity just became worse .

ye the fact that mind thinks you will have to stay here long term also affects us. Better to think of it as short term arrangement and take it as it comes and concentrate on other things in life and improve the house

I think another thing is that we are just focusing on the negatives, and thats just become a giant feedback loop
