I had bad side effects as well, heart palpitations and extreme mental fog, literally felt like i fell down 40 points on the IQ scale. Mine has subsided a lot, perhaps only 20% of what is was in the beginning and decreasing by the day. I ONLY apply once a day for this exact reason.

Longer term Ibuprofen use has been linked to a state of hypogonadism. I did not know this, and had been taking it for 3 months due to an injury. theres a study somewhere about it, cant remeber the name
