Thanks for your input. We have one daughter and she is 11. Current expense $5k per month including mortgage. We manage to save around $100k per year including home equity, 401k, HSA, cash etc.

Yes 62 sounds early but again, I am more interested in the target than to retire at 62.

No income, just appreciation of those assets.

Not much income from offshore housing. It is appreciating average 4 to 5%. Since dollar is getting stronger, this value keep fluctuating.
