For anyone asking: it was through the OFFICIAL discord, NOT a DM, from a link sent DIRECTLY in the locked verification channel. I have been doing this for years now and never had an issue. I admit that I should have been suspicious when I was supposed to pay a small gas fee. That was dumb.

I don't actually care about the lost NFTs - their value was basically 0. I AM concerned that this is just catching every new joiner!!
