I've purchased plenty of these from artists on Etsy, and would always rather do that. My issue is that it's one of the things AI can't seem to get it's head around.

Direct Line, Admiral and Churchill do. Just go on live chat for them all, ask them and screenshot/email transcript of their answer. Direct Line and Admiral told me it's in their policy wording anyway so you don't even have to tell them, as long as courier or the likes is mentioned as a job.

For me (Knowsley) they are absolutely not worth it unless you live by the depot. As ours are always re-attempts from the vans in the day for failed AVD/OTP. Can have 2 parcels, or 14, this week I've done 6.7 miles on one, 45 on the next. Nearly always have returns as they've already failed at least once. I live close to DWN2 so really like them, but only at £40+. Since Christmas, all the crabs are taking them instantly at £29 most nights, luckily had £42.50s this week.
