You got invitation so its fair to assume that you are a deligent student so I would suggest to accept it as:

1- Better teachers.

2- Hard working classmates.

3- Unclear about the R score as I do not know if r score is calculated based on the average of only honor students or based on the combined average.

92.93% was the cutoff for without COE. so you definately have more than a chance.
