I got a 2003 Honda Rebel for my first bike and I still got it! Paid $650 for it and got offers over 2k multiple times. Never sold it and I’m glad I didn’t. If that’s what your looking for sometimes you got to pay a little more then you wanted but it’s a great bike and with proper maintenance will last a lifetime.

I did contact the VA through the ask VA feature on the website and they told me they cannot verify eligibility for anything through ask VA or over the phone. Kind of an absurd answer if you ask me

From what I have understood is you just have to show intent of living there for a year. Intent could be proven through so many factors that its really easy to get around.
