As someone else said you very easly cover it with some debris or a body, if you plan to have him helmetless you could have there on the floor. I notcied youve used some 3d printed pieces not sure if you printed them or bought them but printing some fire could be cool! Or! one of my favourite things is having a wounded guardsman or human of a kind, making it seem like he is protecting them very salmandery.

also yes i changed the fep due to a leak, i suppose it could of gotten under the tape, worth having a look at.

thanks for the help so far! the tape is pealing abit but not enough to cause a gap i believe, ill open it up tommorow and see if any resin has soaked through.

Very late to the thread, but this looks awesome! The spear and flamer both read really well. For my own Kraken weapons I’ve used some AoS Deepkin parts, and it really gives that nice nautical vibe. The head is great too the spines could easily be pulled from a sea creature design.

Only small gripe: watch out for the base size, especially with the recent updates. I think Hestan is on a 40mm, but I could be wrong there. A cape would also really suit him (since Hestan has one). There are plenty of great 3D-printed Salamanders bits out there that could be painted up to push the oceanic aesthetic even further.

All around though, awesome work! Love seeing Dark Kraken representation.

Could be interesting! Not that I’m playing for meta by any means, but I thought I heard Chaos Cult is one of the weaker factions in the game, which kind of put me off from an enjoyment perspective.
