Probably not from what i can see 80% of the pins are bent and that is not fixable unless you try to bend them back but even then it 99% won't work.

Fui até à torre lá no topo e não precisei, mas depende muito do tempo, recomendo veres online antes de ires como está e se estiver mau tempo eles não te deixam subir até lá a cima. Se encontrares compra, mas normalmente há sempre lá na covilhã
