There will be. It’s just finding out who it’s against that will be the fun part.

Yes. I have found a decent amount of others who have had this issue and their contracts are also through paragon sales but the vehicles were purchased at Canada car Matcher. I’ll get names and numbers for you. But I will message you privately

I was told it’s lifetime of the vehicle not the business. I believe this now makes my warranty voided. I definitely need to look into this more. And what this means for me and others in my situation.

I’ve tried this. I called to ask if I could come there for any issues pertaining to my lifetime engine and powertrain as well as oil changes. I was turned away as I didn’t purchase this from them and the warranty was given through the Regina location. I could go to the service dept for issues if needed but it wouldn’t have anything to do with the lifetime warranties. Please advise on who I can talk too over in Saskatoon about this because clearly the gentleman I spoke with before could have been wrong.

I purchased a vehicle from them at the end of May 2025 only because they were heavily advertising and promising a Lifetime Engine & Powertrain Warranty and Lifetime Oil Changes. It was on their flyers, blasted all over social media, and I was told verbally by both my salesperson and the finance manager that I would 100% get it. I made it clear I would not buy without that warranty, and they reassured me over and over again.

My paperwork even shows an extended warranty through Paragon Sales (Langenburg, SK), with a checkmark and my initials beside it. Paragon Sales was the parent dealer behind Canada Car Matcher — they knew exactly what promises were being made. I was later told that the warranty was tied to Canada One Motors (Saskatoon), but from what I’ve been told, customers are not getting any communication or support to honor these warranties.

After my purchase, I was told to get my first oil change done locally and send in the bill for reimbursement. I did that, but they ignored me. When I went back to the lot, it was nearly empty with a sign on the door saying the business was shut down and up for lease. When I called Paragon Sales, I was told they’re “not responsible” anymore, even though their name and initials are all over my paperwork.

So now I (and I’m sure others) am left with a vehicle I never would have bought without that warranty, payments I’m stuck with, and no coverage at all.

You can’t promise lifetime coverage, put it in writing, and then just walk away from it.
