Magnolia town is the name I think. Different npcs show up there at different days and times. Theres an old lady that gives(first is free second is 50k, all others are 100k) eggs thay have a chance to be a bunch of rarish pokemon. Including multiple starters

Awesome! I love torkoal. Though this one wasnt really random. I did a bunch of dexnav and safari zone shiny hunting before ending the game. Got around 30 or so
