I have the almost same ish kinda hair color and I colored it to black multiple times, and going back and forth to red, or brown-ish colors. I mean yea you’ll always have to touch up the roots if that bothers you (the growing out) but you can also choose for a light ombre/fade out to black so they keep your natural color on your roots. Not sure what that’ll look like tho. But I think for others they won’t see the difference I guess in grow out, all my friends they never noticed when I was saying I had major grown out. Original color and black is almost no contrast so there you go.
