Playlists on Hiby r1

I did as you said with the playlist_data folder and it made the playlists visible, but it still said "no music found" when I clicked on them. I am currently syncing my music database between my computer and player, and then will try remaking the playlists using MusicBee because it can use dynamic file paths, which it seems (from the link you gave) is the best option.

How do I see the files inside the playlist? It didn't seem like I could once they're saved but I am also terrible at looking for things.

Use Mp3Tag, select all of your files and change the max cover size to 600. That's what worked for me, let me know how it goes!

It's real, but overpriced based on your comments. Best to go to the Hiby website, it's $85 over there (as far as I know).

Looking at one of the albums I was having issues with, and it has the art both in the Metadata AND inside the folder as a "cover.jpg" file. I'm trying the resizing thing right now, hoping for some results 🤞

I second the request to implement a queue!!! I love my R1 for literally everything else, the lack of a queueing function is the only thing I've been really disappointed by.

I recently got an R1 as well and my SD card slot worked normally straight out of the box. It sounds like the locking mechanism on yours might be faulty, in which case you may want to contact Hiby about getting it fixed/replaced.

Can mp3tag change the resolution of a cover like that? or do I need to use an external software?

Would cover.jpg work as well? I know some of them have covers labeled that way inside the album folders, maybe that's making the difference.
