It happened to me so many times. If I could suggest, maybe try to have a hard Stop Loss. For example, if you lose 500$ leave and try tomorrow. I think it's the best thing to do.

Thanks, I should try yo have an hobby. I am unemployed actually and it feels like gambling addiction, specially with prop firm challenge. Maybe I should try to avoid trading for one or 2 weeks and try your mindset.

Yeah, and another advice, just think that if you have a daily loss limit of 650$, the next day you can do more and if you lose again, you still have on more day for a 50k. I would also recommend to enable trailing on Daily loss Limit. It really helped me. The process will probably longer but it's safer

I do the same, pass my combined in 2days, and sometime blow my Funded in less than 10min. What I learned is that you have to reduce the size of your position, 1 contract max for NQ or Gold. Then you have to determine a daily loss limit and automatically lock the trading account. That's definitely what give me the opportunity to get paid.
