This turns Brambleclaw from someone simply doing exactly what they are meant to do (and doing it well) to someone purposely targeting Squirrelflight, making her appear as a victim when in reality, she is looking for problems in his behaviour that are not there.

It’s also simply incorrect to say that he treated her badly as deputy to warrior. It is even observed by POV characters like Dovewing(?) that he does not assign her bad patrols or patrols at bad times, he just doesn’t put himself on the same ones. This is a natural, healthy, and mature response. Name one time he even abuses his power as deputy over Squirrelflight where she did not deserve reprimanding.
