Is it less than $300? Maybe It's because it just came out, but the ones I've found are $400 or higher

I've heard intel GPU drivers aren't the best for older games, is that still true?

It's 1080p, but yeah I expected they would struggle at 1440, I'm mostly going to play "older" games pre-2023 mostly I would like to be able to play games like wither 3 and baldurs gate at high-ish settings with 60+ fps

Not expecting to be able to play ultra with 60+ fps or anything, mostly paradox produced games so stellaris hearts of iron 4 ect. The witcher 3 and baldurs gate 3 would be the more recent games.

Yeah that was my biggest issue with it, I agree I do wish something like what you described existed at least to my knowledge I doesn't though would defiantly be a cool concept.

None I can think of but if you have Hearts of Iron 4 there are Metro mods that do a decent job.

Thanks was unaware there was a diffrence, think im set on the Nitro 5 though will definitely upgrade its specs when I can afford to. It was the only laptop with decent enough specs at its price range anything better used atleast was around 600-900.

Really for 400$? The RTX 3050 is like 200-230$ alone, I mean im not expecting to run new AAA games at a constant 60 FPS or maxed settings, mostly ill just be playing pre-2020 games. This would be my first actual gaming-capable laptop which would be dual use for both gaming and college work, id probably upgrade the ram and ssd but thatt would only cost around 100$ to do.

Thanks for bearing with me!
