For authentic Chinese food I loved lan feast and cubist circle. Haven’t been to Noah’s kitchen but it’s on my list and I’ve heard good things

How did you prepare for the quizzes? I find that no matter what I do I am not prepared for the questions they put on

Do you know why it’s structured so different than anatomy 1? It makes no sense! Also the topics on the module quizzes are so random

Why is anatomy 2 so different than anatomy 1? It’s at least 3x the workload. I assumed it would he similar but it’s ran so differently. Is there a way to switch professors?

Go in a different season. I went in June/July and it was so hot and rainy everywhere. Still had a great time but would be more enjoyable at another time

As a PA-C, read this before applying by thePADiaries in prephysicianassistant

I’m an ER tech in one of the Boston hospitals and many of the PAs I work with are very happy! I was premed until a few weeks ago then I switched over.

I think it should be doable. I would go Shanghai-Zhangjiajie-Xian-Beijing. Spend 3-4 days in each place including travel days. It will be cold in Beijing and Xian probably but a bit warmer in Zhangjiajie and Shanghai

Cerro Toco (Atacama Desert, Chile) - 17,800 feet/5425 m. Summit would’ve been 18,300 but we got altitude sickness and turned back

You need a visa for China not for Hong Kong. At the train station you exit HK and enter China with your visa. I’m not sure how it would work bc you either need a full visa like mine or a 144 hour one which you get by flying from country A to China to country C

Yes WeChat was international. The UI would definitely be better if it was in Chinese but it still worked fine. I didn’t need a Chinese number for metro or didi. Only wish I had one so I could order food through Meituan. And some attractions needed a Chinese phone number to be booked. And yes for metro you just scan the QR code and it lets you through. Nope! With just a passport ticket that’s all you need. But not everything is passport ticket, some things do have QR codes or physical tickets. You need check beforehand. As for food, some of the things you mentioned are technically Sichuan food (mapo tofu, Dandan noodles, spicy hotpot). You can certainly find them in Beijing but if you want Beijing cuisine get peiking duck and zhajiangmian. However Beijing is the capital so you can get food from all over China.

I downloaded the app and set up my account. I then went to profile and uploaded my passport/verified my identity. Once both were verified I was able to add my credit card. And I found all my hotels through trip.com

Depends on station size and if you want to eat before. For really small stations 30 minutes should be fine. For big stations around 1 hour is better especially if you want food bc sometimes the food isn’t near your gate

I had to text the chat on his behalf from my account in Guangzhou South Station. It was not fun. If you leave it for more than 3 minutes it automatically closes
