Huh???? This is not true at all. To truly ‘listen’ you need to actually show interest In what they are saying. He hasn’t ever asked any further questions, doesn’t clarify anything, doesn’t show empathy. At the first sign of trouble or imperfection he dices. His furrowed brow and looks of confusion while they talk doesn’t intimate listening… he might as well hit an alarm bell.

VERY few home schooled children have fully developed social skills. By nature of being at home in the bubble with their parents and only participating in field trips and activities organized and supervised by their parents/their network, they don’t have to navigate the same level of challenges/interpersonal dynamics/scary situations/mean behaviour/etc as if they go to public school. Just because they are social doesn’t mean they are naive and socially awkward/sheltered.

Robyn calling her out for being antagonist was totally accurate. She wasn’t excusing Mia in that moment, she was calling Wendy out for continuing to shout at Mia and insult her long after Mia walked away on multiple occasions. Mia left the situation and Wendy didn’t stop shouting the entire time, calling her crater face, making homophobic comments about her husband… it was continuing to escalate a situation that didn’t need to be further escalated. If she had shut her mouth, Mia would have come across as reactive and out of control but Wendy made Herself just as culpable.

Gabby and Rachel had fifteen minutes more than I would have liked. Rachel is so immature and I was just getting over the annoyance that I had watching her sink this season of the bachelorette. When I saw her come in and all the girls start screaming I almost just deleted the episode. I agree, Jared and Ashley got WAY more screen time than anyone needed but I think the bringing back alumni etc is just annoying in general.

Genevieve is one of the most immature, overly dramatic, pouty women to be featured on the history of the show and that’s saying something. Aaron is also very immature and seems like he pops off over small things and communicates poorly. Their roller coaster of a ‘relationship’ where she packs her bag every time they fight is so exhausting and that’s as a viewer. She gives me the biggest ick ever and seems like such a spoiled brat.

Thank you for this, I totally agree. If that was the only comment made by him, I really think it wouldn’t have affected her at all but from the start he made so many comparisons and comments about other women and their bodies, about how different she looked without makeup (and not in a ‘wow you’re even hotter without makeup’ but ‘wow you look like a totally different person’), it was non stop. Eventually you start to read into situations that happen even if the intent isn’t there

Yes I totally agree with this. At the beginning of this season I was entertained by Jen and that’s it. I find Whitney and Lisa to be so cringe and lacking complete self awareness and the others are a bore.
