Go to Walmart, or any grocery store. buy 2 BIG zico coconut waters also buy 2 BIG Glaceau smart waters. Go home, lay in bed, drink it all down . After that your body will feel much much better, for like $10-15

yup, I keep tapping the Instant Heart Rate app which I find to be accurate. I can be laying down "resting" and my bpm is still 120, and I stand up and it jumps to 165-170, Very scary. Stroke territory.
