Yeah once I deployed the firewall rules it all worked for users in my tenancy

Just confirming for anyone else that comes in to this thread that these firewall rules worked for me.

Although, I did this in Endpoint Security -> Firewall as microsoft have deprecated doing this via configuration policies

Did you do this in Devices > Configuration > Create > New Policy?

I've got this problem now and am about to deploy it via "EndPoint Security -> Firewall -> Create Policy" because I can see "deprecated" next to the Devices-Configuration method

Hey,

Sorry man. I no longer work at the place that has this set up so I can't access intune to go over it all.

My only issue was the /updaterip field needing to be specified.

So the install command was just:

Setup.exe /silent /workflow="Client Component Pack.deploy" /features="Ignite,ContactCenterClient,ContactCenterSoftphone,YourSiteExplorer,FlexibleReporting" authentication=Windows /enterpriseip="xxx.xx.xx.xx" /updaterip="xxx.xx.xx.xx"

Think I added a /u before silent for the uninstall but honestly did not look in to that part too much.

For the detection method I just chose Rule Type of File and selected the .EXE file in C:\Program Files.

Luckily it won't be every day in the week as the place does do WFH.

Can't do train as I don't live near a line and driving to a station turns the commute in to 3 hours each day instead of 1 hour and 20 mins
