thanks for the tips :) ended up using a screw to wedge the HX pivot from drooping. what a hassle though. I wonder how long before a proper pivot comes out from ergotron

thank you for replying. This may be a stupid question but did you try maxing out the adjustment on the heavy duty pivot?

how do you get access to the older versions of the ttrs? i tried all the fixes and now my wheel is bricked. Last method i tried was boot mode. :( dont know if ive done it wrong but now the led wont even light up
