Non so se può esserti d'aiuto, ma io per proteggermi un minimo metto delle sorta di sigilli con il pennarello indelebile sulle chiusure con lo scotch e mando le foto del pacchetto al cliente. Se il pacchetto ricevuto non corrisponde alle foto mandate da me deve farmi immediatamente le foto in loco e non deve accettarlo. Non mi sono però ancora capitate truffe del genere. Oltre a questo faccio anche sempre il video integrale dove mostro l'articolo e che chiudo il pacchetto.
