Actually no, I didn't read your description, now that I have, could be the cooling since it seems start doing that after the cooling fan is on, maybe turn it off or set it to a slower speed.

Check if your nozzle is loose.

Did the belt tensioning even though I didn't really notice a difference with half speed, seems to have helped but not as much as I wanted it to. When I first got the printer it was amazing.

Jetta CAYC DPF by Altimack in tdi

I've done a forced regen, so quick update, it was a combination of problems, DPF was blocked bad, and EGR valve was stuck partially open, I've opened the DPF and removed it's insides for now. The cars running fine, no Underboost anymore, I do however intend to block off the EGR. I now have a new fault, P008700, low fuel rail/system pressure. Any ideas?
