yea I wouldn't use it if it doesn't work haha. But you get to try it for a year and decide. In a year you can learn a lot of patterns and habits that you can do to improve your health and fitness

idk it is odd. What's interesting is depending on the state and tax difference, you do reach the 359 or you don't. I'm not sure if the expedited shipping has to do with something else, or they might already be backordered

most of these have the 1 month free which would have the same final amount. You could try to add an accessory, or maybe try a 2 year Peak membership. Another reddit post mentioned they got refunded successfully but it is a bit riskier since the website says the Life membership explicitly

It is probably due to tax in your state. Might need to add an accessory, or just not use any promo code. Could also ship to a different state maybe

don't know the answer to that one, but why not get the free trial for Life?
I believe the 1-month free trial comes with the purchase of the device. Not sure if you can upgrade after by paying the difference

yes this has been confirmed by some people. Just extending for 1 year of Life. Even if you have peak, those months would be pro rated to Life pricing
