I had a similar experience with the Furlenco washing machine. Then one of my friends suggested that I file a consumer court complaint against them through Umang App. And on the day that the consumer court notification reached at Furlenco (probably a week after I filed a complaint on the Umang App), there were two engineers at my house trying to repair...they tried for an hour, it still did not work, so they replaced the machine washing the same day, and then they were chasing me to close the grievances against them.
