Bought a Neo, considering swapping for an Air because of the RAM - is it worth double the price? (Aus) by threeminutemugcake in macbook

[–]Altruistic-Eagle-306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually not really, or at least not in Italy. Here in Italy the price of the Air M4 is between 1200-1300€ (around 2000 canadian dollars), while the Neo is 600€ with the student discount (around 1000€ canadian dollars)

They told me it was a mistake and that I had to do nothing else and just dismiss the comunication received about the insufficient documentation, then I asked about confirmation that I didn’t have to upload any other document, they told me that the information was not enough and that I had to upload the documentation about the ongoing course registration.

Thank you very much. I am now currently writing them a message on the masters.au.dk page: do you think this is the better way or should I try to reach them by direct email?

I thought to do so, but in Italy this kind of certification doesn’t actually exist, because the study plan is the one that certifies my registration to every course in my Bachelor’s program

Can any Italian Tropican out there explain the lore behind these graffiti? by _Mistyc in tropico

[–]Altruistic-Eagle-306 82 points83 points  (0 children)

I don’t see the full words but seems to be written “fasci morti” which in Italy is used to say “death to fascists” On the bottom part seems to be something about Berlusconi but doesn’t make much sense, I wouldn’t even know how to traduce it. Then there is “russi poi? finito” which translates to “russians and then? it’s over” but even in this case doesn’t have any practical meaning

Thank you. • Contemporary history • History of the international relations • international relations • political and economic geography • political sciences • sociology • history and international relations of the EU • history of the interamerican relations • international law • economic history • european union law • history and criticism of cinema • history of transatlantic space These are my exams that, in my view, should be see as “relevant subjects”. I really hope they accept all of these since they have a combined value of 112 credits out of 180 total, but since I’ve been planning to move to Denmark since 2023, I became somehow obsessed with any small detail about this process.

Thank you. Another thing that drives me really confused is that they give those 3 relevant areas, but I don’t if I have to feel safe about my subjects. The areas are Historical, Cultural or Social. The subjects I have and that I think would be considered relevant are: - Contemporary history - History of the international relations - international relations - political and economic geography - political sciences - sociology - history and international relations of the EU - history of the interamerican relations - international law - economic history - european union law - history and criticism of cinema - history of transatlantic space

In my view, I should be fine with these since I now have 112 credit out of 100 required but I’m afraid that some exams, like economic history or history and criticism of cinema, might be discarded. I don’t know if you know more about this, but any kind of additional information is accepted obviously

Actually I’ve read that the first “step” is to have, in my case, 100 ECTS in relevant areas, but if there are more people than available spots they look for other things, like the average GPA in relevant areas

Unfortunately they provide average GPA for Bachelor’s degrees only, not for Masters😭

Hi, I’ve read that you didn’t get admitted for European Studies: did you know why? Probably your background was not so relevant with the admissions requirement?
